Temple C

Temple C has been suspected to be a temple devoted to Feronia, who was an Italic goddess of flowers and emancipation of slavery and was of Sabine origin. This temple is considered to have been the oldest of the temples, where it was allegedly built some time between the end of the 4th century BCE and the beginning of the 3rd century BCE.
