Welcome to “Get ‘Agrippa’ on Architecture”, an online repository of public Roman architecture!
This website was created to serve as an easy-to-access and informative archive that virtually exhibits the collection of slides taken by Dr. Marjorie Venit that is currently housed in the Michelle Smith Collaboratory at the University of Maryland.
This archive includes an interactive map of Rome, illustrating the physical trek Dr. Venit made throughout the collection using NeatLine, as well as general information about the respective architecture and a glossary that defines certain terms.
